Repair by Mail

We carry a wide range of "over the counter" insoles, inserts and orthopedic inserts including brands such as: Aetrex, Lynco, Bikenstock, Spenco, JT Foote, Old Friend, Tacco and Tuli's. Stop by anytime and you're welcome to try any of these on before buying!

We have customers from Sterling, Colorado, Scottsbluff, Nebraska and as far north as Northpole, Alaska wanting shoe repair that doesn't exist in their area. Just like them, we are happy to have you ship us your shoes and/or boots, repair them and ship them back to you. If you are a long time customer and have moved away, or, if you're someone living in a rural or even metro area that has no shoe repair, we can help. You'll be pleased with our quality repair work and we'd be pleased to do work for you via mail.

If contemplating mailing us shoes, please call first at (970) 226-6989 or text at (855) 328-3579 and let us assess exactly what you're needing and we can first determine if its something we can do. If so, we'll quote you an estimated price. Upon receiving your package, we'll evaluate exactly what's needed and call you with a firm quote. We'd then process your credit card over the phone and get started on your work. We do ask that you pay the shipping BOTH ways...we use regular US Mail and have found that one pair of shoes ships one way for about $10-$15....boots average around $15 to $20 a pair for shipping. Please allow 3-5 days shipping each way and a minimum of one week for us to do the repair.
